Nobody in Germany is satisfied with Olaf Scholz’s government, according to the latest ARD-DeutschlandTREND survey. The country is governed by the traffic light coalition, which includes Chancellor Olaf Scholz’s Social Democrats (SPD), the Free Democrats (FDP), and the Greens.
The survey, conducted on July 1-3, found that zero percent of Germans were “fully satisfied” with the coalition’s work. Only 19% said they were somewhat “satisfied.”
Overall, 81% of people were dissatisfied with the government’s policies. Of these, 38% were “not satisfied at all.”
Half of the SPD and Green voters said they were less than satisfied with the government’s performance. Among other parties, only 17% of FDP voters and 11% of CDU/CSU supporters somewhat approved of the government’s work.
